• Write 1–2 chapters or personal essays (monthly rhythm)
• Journal weekly to deepen clarity on themes
• Garden:
• Design garden layout (sketch, mood board)
• Plan what to grow for nourishment + beauty
indoors (herbs, flowers, etc.)
Fitness & Weight Loss:
Gentle movement (walking, stretching, dance) 3x/week
Hydration, sleep, and meal planning practices
Begin tracking progress with a kind mindset
Work-Life Balance:
Block one full day per month just for rest or pleasure
Identify top 3 personal boundaries to honor at work
Seek accountability or a care pod to support your rest goals
