Theme: Grounding, Reflection, and Setting Foundations

Intentions: Reconnect with my body, clarify my “why”, and prepare my creative space and calendar.

• Book:

• Outline or revisit chapter structure

• Write 1–2 chapters or personal essays (monthly rhythm)

• Journal weekly to deepen clarity on themes

• Garden:

• Design garden layout (sketch, mood board)

• Plan what to grow for nourishment + beauty

indoors (herbs, flowers, etc.)

  • Fitness & Weight Loss:

    • Gentle movement (walking, stretching, dance) 3x/week

    • Hydration, sleep, and meal planning practices

    • Begin tracking progress with a kind mindset

  • Work-Life Balance:

    • Block one full day per month just for rest or pleasure

    • Identify top 3 personal boundaries to honor at work

    • Seek accountability or a care pod to support your rest goals
