Tya Alisa Anthony (b. 1978, North America) is an artist based in Denver, Colorado. Her work functions as visual research, investigating resilience as it manifests through objects, spatial environments, and the body—each serving as a vessel for memory, adaptation, and endurance. Through archival imagery and historical reference, she reconstructs narratives that examine how belonging and autonomy are formed, transforming memory into a generative space for renewal.

Anthony earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts, summa cum laude with Valedictorian honors, from Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design. As Director of Education & Community at RedLine Contemporary Art Center, she cultivates programs rooted in mentorship, creative exchange, and cultural inquiry.

In addition to her studio practice, Anthony serves nationally as a curator, juror, and advisor, fostering dialogue among artists, institutions, and communities. Her research explores identity across cultures and considers how art can expand collective understanding and reimagine shared experience.
